NatureGroove Jungle Camp is inspired by the wilderness of Kanha. Nestled on the edge of the core forest, the camp is conveniently located 15 mins drive from the Mukki Gate. The camp, spread over 6 acres, is a collection of six intimate safari styled luxury tents that reflect the early 20th century Safari life – a combination of subtle opulence and adventure. Each tented unit comes with an ensuite modern bath with running hot and cold shower and a private verandah offering unobstructed view of the core forest. The camp is furnished entirely in original rosewood furniture.
The camp offers glimpses of the wild denizens of Kanha. Watch the Langurs playing atop trees or the deer grazing below in the adjoining core forest while you relax under the shade of Mahua tree. As winter sets in, the camp becomes home to a wide variety of butterflies. More than 70 different species of butterflies have been recorded in the camp itself during winter season. The camp also has a rich birdlife and a trained eye can easily spot Woodpecker, Indian Roller, Jungle Owlet and several other species. Occasional alarm calls from the adjoining core forest reminds you that you are in the Land of Tigers.
