ABOUT Luxury tents
- Above rates are inclusive of all taxes.
- Due to limited accommodation, 50% deposit is required atleast 90 days before the scheduled arrival date for confirmed reservation.
- Full payment must be received 45 days prior to the guest arrival.
- A 50% cancellation fee is applicable if cancelled 45 days (or less) prior to arrival. A 100% cancellation fee is applicable if cancelled 15 days (or less) prior to arrival.
- Any increase in government taxes or fees (liable to change without notice) will be included at the time of billing as actual.
- Check-in/Check-out at 12 noon.
- Children under 5 years of age are free. Above 5 years of age our extra bed policy applies.
ABOUT SAFARIS
- The park remains closed on Wednesday afternoons, diwali, republic day and Holi. Please note that there are a limited number of vehicle entries allowed into Kanha National Park. To ensure safari game drives, we strongly recommend that they are booked at the time of booking your accommodation.
- All safari bookings are subject to availability and Government Rules. Baasinkhar Jungle Camp will not be held responsible for ensuring safari confirmation. Game drives once booked are non-refundable and cannot be modified, hence safari bookings will only be made after receiving full 100% advance of the safari cost.
- 4×4 (4WD) safari vehicles are used for safaris.
- Information required for Booking Park Entry as per Government Regulations: Name, Age / Date of birth, Father / Husband’s name, Gender, Nationality, Passport Number (To be submitted at time of safari booking and the original to be carried at time of game drive.)
